Zoomed out in my Google Insights, nice to see the results

Google refused to crawl my website for over six months; I almost gave up: without a big audience, SEO is my only way to get people to my website.

Then it suddenly started crawling in May. Probably due to a Core Update in April..

Now it gets more than 100 visits a day. πŸ˜…

Don't give up 🀞

Congrats!! πŸ₯³

Wrote November retrospective

November has been the best month yet for Makerkit!

βœ… Sold 16 licenses, totaling $1,584 in sales
βœ… Had 1.9k visitors (+105%) and 5.6k page views (+86.9%)
βœ… I removed Github Sponsors and the monthly plans
βœ… I released the Remix Firebase kit (1 sale). I think this will improve next year as Remix becomes more popular.
βœ… I redesigned the website since Makerkit is now a collection of kits (and not just Next.js + Firebase). I got good feedback on it, but I think SEO is slightly diving due to the changes.
βœ… Will release the new Supabase version of the kits (one within this year) and start the transition to the new Next.js RSC as soon as it becomes ready for production

Thanks for reading,
Ciao!

Contemplating making MakerKit multi-framework

I've written MakerKit to work with Next.js and Firebase, but I'd like to keep options open.

I'm very excited about new stuff like Remix, SvelteKit, etc. I think I'll ship it to way more users in the future.

But well, I still have to finish the first kit, and a lot more to go πŸ˜… Very exciting though πŸš€

Self-serve Github invite for Gumroad purchasers

Making it simple for purchasers from Makerkit to claim their Github invite by using the Gumroad and GitHub API

Playing with Supabase

My goal is two create the Supabase version of both the Remix and Next.js kits by Christmas πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Migrating to Angular 15

The updates components are a lot faster, but it's a hell of a change
