The only difference between ordinary and extraordinary is just that little "extra".

Installed jumbo nav into my personal website

No fancy animation on the toggle (yet) and it needs sorting out so it works with all my websites themes but it is now completely installed and functional.

Decided that rebuilding in AstroJS was too big of a project

After spending a fortnight on building out a new theme I came to the conclusion that there wasn't much benefit in such a huge project and that my time would be better spent on progressively modifying PhotoGabble over the next year.

To that end I have begun copying some of the components I did create, into my 11ty powered website.

Worked on the homepage layout for

It's roughly based upon the GitHub blog layout.

Completed reduce functions for grouping writing for

The code was easy enough to copy over from #11ty, however AstroJS has a very different template language and that complicated things a little.

Just test data at the moment but I now have year and month grouping on my main Writing page archive, with the months linking to an archive page each. It's not really for anything in particular other than I liked seeing how many months I had been active in a year.

Completed the book detail header for

Based upon the layout of https://mitpress.mit.edu/9780262542333/the-promise-of-access/ this header displays a books details above my review of it.

Added dark theme to large navigation pulldown for

Different sections of the website will have different main themes, this nessesitated having two different navigation themes in order to keep a consistent contrast site wide.

Rebooted project with

I have begun porting the code I wrote for Moon Miner from three failed projects into one code base using Laravel Jetstream and Intertia.js.
