Are you or do you know a Sales Partner (as Co-Founder) for me?

I'm now working on my https://fullstackjob.com since Feb 2019. It started as a simple Niche Job Board, like there are popping up nearly daily. I build it, a bit against normal Maker/IH way, with a bit of over-engineering as the idea is to have a "side-effect", which is boardengine.io (engine to run any kind of job or whatever boards)

Then in last months, I added an Online Resume Builder, where Candidates can build their own Resume and list it on fullstackjob. Candidate can also define if he wants to be listed or only be visible to registered recruiters etc

Now I'm working on an advanced Job-Alert System (daily,weekly,onNewJobAdded), with Skill/Region and other Filters.

So… lot going on Tech/Implementation/Feature Side. Then I do the whole day social posts of new jobs, aggregated mainly from other boards (not scrapped, using official streams). This resolved the Chicken part of the chicken/egg problem, which is bringing some notable amount of Candidates on the page. Per now about 6100 unique visitors per month.

What's missing now is SALES, to the eggs, which are the Recruiters. This needs to be done with cold calls, networking, talking in the right channels. And this is NOT my thing… So I'm looking for a Co-Founder, which enters with sales, contacts etc (NO MONEY) and bring this ship together to some significant MRR.

I got a lot of feedback from the night shift :-) One came from James ( the one at the beach :-) ) which told me to go with a commission's model. This really makes sense for me, as another variant. So if somebody knows Salespeople, with same requirements as described above, but want to work on commission model basis (no fix payment, only commission on sales, but a good one :-)), please tell me too.

Why don't you use email scraping tools and build email drip campaigns? I used cold outreach methods to push my projects and honestly, I don't think you can find a good cold caller without paying some amount of fixed salary. Cold calling is hard both to overcome psychologically and master.

I wish I am wrong :D

I think this is a problem most of us Indie folks have and why most indie startups fail. We all need a good sales/marketing person.

I guess rather then cold calling or cold outreach email, paid marketing works every time
