More and more companies are leaning towards a dark UI, but do you actually like them, or are companies just following a made up trend?    ^ Just a passing thought, not hatred towards dark UI's. Personally, I like it for some apps, and hate it for others, maybe it actually depends on how well the designers/developers implement it. Sometimes I find there isn't enough contrast on the app, making it slower to navigate.
