Do you like dark UI? 🤔

More and more companies are leaning towards a dark UI, but do you actually like them, or are companies just following a made up trend?

^ Just a passing thought, not hatred towards dark UI's. Personally, I like it for some apps, and hate it for others, maybe it actually depends on how well the designers/developers implement it. Sometimes I find there isn't enough contrast on the app, making it slower to navigate.

I definitely prefer dark ui in almost everything. I even have a chrome extension that turns every website to dark mode. Ironically, I don't make a dark mode for my web apps. I plan on it in the future, though.

I totally agree with this. For instance, I can't tolerate the dark Twitter theme on desktop but absolutely dig the dark theme on mobile.
