Launch Page Feedback Needed
Hey all, I'm still working on the product itself, but would SUPER APPRECIATE any feedback on the landing page, idea of the product, pricing model, or whatever else.
THANKS!
I think it's a very clear page! It's super clear what your product is doing.
Only thing I can think of is the copy under "How it works". You're referring to a 'someone' and 'they' in step one, you could take that out to make it a bit more engaging to me (maybe I am the someone?)
Use our builder to design an amazing signature template for the whole company. Choose which fields are pre-set and which fields employees need to fill in.
Pricing seems ok to me, but I can imagine if you're a small company 15/month is a bit much, you won't be generating signatures every week. Maybe a prepaid system would be better for small companies?
Great point, thanks so much!
Yeah, still trying to decide about pricing, sometimes it seems expensive, but then when comparing to some of the other products its a bit cheaper!
Love the landing page, it's pretty clear about what it does.
The pricing though… That I have an issue with. Take it as honest feedback - I would never pay $15/mo for an email signature design tool. It's way overpriced in my opinion - pricing needs some work.
For reference, my Spotify subscription is $20/mo and I get insane value out of it. A DO server costs me the same amount. They're things I use daily, and I don't see myself updating my email signature every day. I see it as a set-and-forget thing - I've spent years without changing it.
The pricing as it is right now is not accessible and probably puts off many clients.
Hey Sergio, appreciate the honest feedback. I'm willing to admit that I'm not sure about pricing yet. I agree that for an individual $15/month is too much.
That said, my thought is that individuals are not my potential customers, companies are. These companies are just as interested in how to distribute the signature, as they are about how it will look. That is part of the value of the idea.
Looking at the competition, most of them charge per USER, whereas I'm offering unlimited users. I am only limiting how many signature templates can be created.

One guy who develops email signatures for a living charges $750 to $4,500 (one time) to make a typical company's signature.
So my goal with pricing was to actually be on the lower end of these options already. My service at launch certainly won't do everything that these competitors do.
@jessesutherland This is a really good point. You would be targeting small companies or solo people. I can definitely see value in keeping the email signature standard throughout a larger team/company. There is value in a product like this and I think you have a good price set.
Love the graphic at the top, it really shows what you're in the business of.
The first time I scrolled through the site I was drawn to the pictures and totally skipped the words. Scrolling back through it, wow there are a lot of words. I would highly making the wordy sections less um… wordy. Good luck. (I am definitely an offender of this statalog.org has wayyyyy too many words and I just don't know how to get rid of them :( )
In the second section with the Lead Designer signature, I was confused at first. I thought this was the person designing things. Later I realized it was an example.
In the third section, I would consider showing 4 signatures that look different. I think it would help to depict the pain that you are trying to fix.
As far as your call-to-actions, they blend in. I like where you put them and I think it would make them pop if you gave some of them an orangey color that stands out. (on second thought, maybe that's why I was drawn to the example signatures. They're orange.)
Hey there @jessesutherland Check out this link for landing pages inspiration https://www.landingfolio.com/ I'm a designer and i understand you need good feedback on this. What you can do is to browse at least top 3 of your favorite. Then pick best one, try to follow some of the ideas then try to make it. From there you can keep on customizing and make changes.
