Looking for help choosing a tech stack for an android/ios app
So I'm a junior js/node developer I have experience working with angular, and react, and limited experience working with ionic, and react native. I need some help identifying a tech stack that would allow me to build an overlay app similar to Facebook Messenger on ios & android.
