Feedback for my first SaaS project

Hi ML Family!,

I recently launched my first online project Airwork.io. I just opened it to the internet and would like to have some super valuable feedback even if it hurts.

Basically, you can buy small tasks like in Upwork but you do not have any interaction with the worker, we manage everything for you.

The project is for small companies that are post-revenue but even if you are not the ideal customer it would be super valuable if you test it and let me know if it breaks, improvements, bugs, ideas, etc.

Here is the link: https://www.airwork.io/

Thank you :)

Homepage looks nice… but…

  1. In the light blue section, your numbers in the circles are positioned a bit oddly and I don't like the Serif font.
  2. Your "Budget starts at…" section, the $200 a day bubble (and all text in that graphic actually) has the same font issue.
  3. A bunch of your images have the serif font, feels out of place
  4. "Our secret sauce…" section, I don't understand what this section is. The sentence is weird and the whole section just feels random and unrelated.
  5. Clicking on the Join the Beta buttons takes you to a page that doesn't work. https://beta.airwork.io/
  6. I personally hate the term "Beta", it implies you don't trust your own work and that it could shut down at any time.

Hope that helps a bit.

Hi Manu,

I am gonna talk more about the design of landing page as Micah…

  1. The images from the first section (grow your startup..) are weirdly aligned to the right I would say its better to make it smaller to match with rest of the page.
  2. the reference "We had a beautiful product, but nobody knew that we existed." its kinda funny sentence first I connect it to your product, not the customers hehe ..
  3. the fonts are not the same across the website .. I would say you used a different one on the images ..
  4. As the Micah mentioned the "secret sauce" section not really fits there and I don't understand what does it mean. Also, I would be careful with the experts … Do they know about your product? or you just put them there randomly? I am sorry if I'm not right .. but in general, I would be careful with the fake references.
  5. "Basically, you can buy small tasks like in Upwork but you do not have any interaction with the worker, we manage everything for you." I would try to integrate this sentence to your web. It's not really clear from the web now what you doing..

OK, that's it :)

Have a nice day Emil
