Github/Gitlab webhook: show individual commits?

I see several makers with tasks that reflect Github/Gitlab commit descriptions (and with the Gitlab/Github icon), evidently incoming from a webhook. I'd much rather have that than the "Pushed X changes to Y" default aggregated task that comes from the Git integrations, because it's much more descriptive.    I guess I could roll my own using the generic web hook (but no Git{lab|hub} icon then? 🤔), but I was curious about how everybody else was achieving this.
