Many cloud providers like Amazon, Azure, and Google offer promotions where they give you $X amount of cloud credit. Maybe worth giving that a shot? Not a permanent solution but will be good enough to get your feet wet.

A week ago I configured my ghost blog to automatically turn itself to a static site every time I published, so I could host it in Netlify ($0). I'm now writing an article about how to configure that and it should be out somewhere this month.

AWS, Azure, GCP are the best cloud service provider, no doubt. But it might be not option for Ghost as it might get expensive too quickly.

I have tried using Heroku for using Ghost a long time ago, since Ghost uses some kind of add-on called mailer to send email notification and Heroku want me to enter the credit card details.
