Can you give me feedback for my product Patreon page?
I am running DailyPixel.Art and I'm planing to make a patreon. Here is a draft: https://www.patreon.com/preview/091bdfb354744dd49f768dc1233adbef
Do you have any feedback and suggestions for the About Section, the tiers, or anything else?
Do any of you uses or used Patreon to fund a project?
I think it's pretty good. I'd add more graphics if possible. Pricing tiers look appropriate.
Header could be a little better looking but overall, it's pretty strong.
Your website is cool… I am not into "pixel art" but I like the idea and the overall design, but I would look for another form of monetization (maybe a marketplace for these graphics?).
Try to leverage people ego and contact all (literally all, maybe build a bot, I don't know) the artists who have been featured. They are probably going to share your website and grow your traffic for free,
I might consider that option, but for the future. It would took way too long to develop and currently DailyPixelArt is hemorrhaging money, that's not good.
My goal for this short term is to make DPA self sufficient not necessarily profitable
Have you considered physical products as part of a subscription - something like monthly postcards, stickers & prints of the most popular items or a featured artist? I'm looking at something similar to fund an art site wondering if people would prefer physical products in addition to just downloads.
I think people would prefer physical rewards, I sure would. But the logistic behind it would be really something. You would need to commission an artists then send the rewards.. I would love to do those.
