Quora user - Twitter link scrape!

I have a country specific requirement and I found the target customers hangout in Quora. 1.) Manually scrape 8k user profile for Twitter link. (With the help of few plugins and bookmarklets) 2.) Run an echo test with Twitter ad and test my assumptions. 3.) Further run ad to get exposure.

Is there a better way to do this?

Shady tactics aren't good, imo.

I wonder why it's shady? Facebook marketing is the same or infact any online marketing is the same. In FB ads we run ads targeting members competitors/target customer pages.
