Best wordpress solution for offsite DB backup w/o files is... ?

If you're looking for a simple backup plugin, something like UpdraftPlus is solid. If you get the paid version, you can store backups in places like Google Drive and AWS (in an S3 bucket). If you want something more custom, or server based, you could always host your site on a DigitalOcean droplet and sort out automatic backups through DigitalOcean. I actually do both, and it's saved my ass a couple of times.

@pablobb Best solution I've ever used is WP Migrate DB Pro (https://deliciousbrains.com/wp-migrate-db-pro/). This plugin is amazing!
