What products do you think is too expesive and worth build it?
I think products like Mixpanel and Intercon is too expensive for a maker to afford.
I suppose that you are asking if it is worth it to build a competitor to these two services.
There are tens of intercom alternatives that are dirty cheap or even free like tawk.to. I wouldn't bother building a competitor.
Regarding Mixpanel, I never tried it. How is it different than Hotjar? It looks basically the same, but I could be wrong. Hotjar is free up to 2k pageviews per day and only $29 for 10k pageviews per day. Again, I never tried Mixpanel, so you could be right that there is a need for a cheaper solution.
