Good point! Marketing myopia has especially become so common in the digital era. We are a young startup company, so we keep track of the customers' journey from our early adopters > mainly through email campaigns and regular polls on product satisfaction.
You're right, marketing isn't just about using fancy words or creating catchy slogans. Marketing is a comprehensive process that involves understanding the needs and desires of your target audience, developing a product or service that meets those needs, and effectively communicating the value of that product or service to potential customers.
Effective marketing requires research, analysis, planning, and execution. It involves creating a strong brand identity, understanding your competition, developing a clear message that resonates with your target audience, and leveraging various channels to reach potential customers.
While using creative and compelling language can certainly be a part of a successful marketing strategy, it's important to remember that the most important aspect of marketing is providing real value to your customers. By creating a product or service that solves a problem or meets a need, and communicating that value effectively, you can build long-term relationships with your customers and achieve sustainable business success.
