How makers stay productive

Keep full focus in the beginning until your hype-motivation runs out. By then you're so far that you might as well finish it… 😎

Create a plan, and don't diverge from it. It's so easy to scope creep but if you've declared what your core features are ahead of time, it's easier to put that new idea in the backlog.

Keeping a plan is a good idea. Though it's super difficult to actually do 😂

Put the first 10 tasks to Notion/Asana with a strict timeline. If I could finish off those task in those planned dates, there we have a project to work towards launching!

Probably sounds lame, but clearly defining the 'Why' first, then keeping it front and centre to get through those tougher times.

Absolutely on that last one - that's super important!
