I have been running a small agency for a while - never put much effort into it, but I think it would be awesome if we could join forces to build out an end-to-end agency capability.    I have a good idea of the skillsets that I require to be added, and would ‘interview’ certain talent. In exchange to joining, you would consent to be identified as a member of the team, and we would then negotiate a price based on your input to the project. Edit: You wouldn’t be part of every project - just contract if you’re interested.    Thoughts?
