The audience select wasn't picking the right audience when scheduling a newsletter

Had a problem scheduling the newsletters with the date picker not working right, update and fixed.

Some changes to how the Subscriber layout looks, hide first / last name if there is nothing there. Move the View subscriber button over.

Monday is fast becoming the client check-in day and getting the stuff done I need to get done.

On desktops the settings is a column on the right. For mobile views I've set it to be under the newstter content, making the creator the focus of the screen. Scroll down to schedule and select the audience.

A quick change to the menu so it works better for responsive design.

Ok I probably should have had this in earlier but it's still in beta ;) and no one unsubscribes from me :)

Finally removed the Unsubscribed and Unverified from the sending of newsletters.

Project has finally hit the go live, they kept pushing this back. So hopefully this project is coming to an end and I can get some energy and focus back for other more fun things ;)
