Salam Fajar, Drift is cool but I like the fact of (freshchat.com) since they ask to allow push notification from Chrome browser when the site owner reply on the chat. Even if the visitor closed the website tab he will receive a notification when I reply. So, I think it is good in case someone didn't received a reply from me on the same time :) .. Thank you for suggesting Drift <3
