I did however use the new skip day system to fill for that missing day, so your streak should be restored.

I pushed it mostly to see if the streak algo rewrite breaks too many streaks. So far, it's doing "fine" (with a few exceptions like this one)

Hahah :P I actually came back to tell you I gave up debugging! It seems to be an odd timezone issue… I need to debug this further on my end.

Timezones are a pain, as are Addresses around the world.

@sergio Not sure if mine warrants debugging! I think mine might have been a simple failure to log, or a time zone thing…can't remember, was a long time ago now (dec.)

Yeah, not even sure how it happened, could have sworn I posted on Tuesday. I had the thought last Sat. that maybe I should just let it lapse so that I'm not too disappointed if I ever happen to forget. Guess I let it go :)

Hey! As Fajar said, I am currently testing a completely refactored algorithm - i'll enter the debug console and go see what happened. Same to @alex

yep! skip days are pushed to prod (hence the algorithm changes), but there's no frontend yet - it's not announced. the remainder of this week will be just testing to see if the changes break much and of course shipping the frontend so people can use it!

Been there. I was in the top three. Bummed me out for a few minutes, then it was liberating.

Interesting… It isn't actually the new algorithm that broke it - I reran your tasks through the old one with the same result.

Conclusion: it's an odd timezone quirk… damn it earth!

Oh okay - I'm working on Micah's streak - it seems to indicate a bigger problem related to timezones. I see you did log on Tuesday and dates are showing that it should all have logged
