Even though he already downloaded the product and there's no way he can 'return' it, I chose to take his reason at face value (he thought it could integrate with Google reviews) and refund him his $15. Better a refund than: - an unhappy potential future customer - he can dispute it anyway and bring down my credit score - it's *just* $15, I can absorb the loss I guess - it's a learning point to add those caveats to the product listings (that no refunds and no integration with Google Reviews)
