How makers stay productive

Also I am thinking of making a small community for makers in SEA. Had a lot of chats via lunchclub.ai and folks are interested in tinkering side projects. Was jus thinking if there is anything you know of here? Most of the communities are "VC start-up" focused and not indie. Also plenty of folks want to make MVPs with #Nocode but still just starting.

There are plenty of people, they just don't know Makerlog exists :) Jetboost is cool but as i mentioned if you are using these tools its mostly looking for workarounds. The reason I swapped to Bubble was because it has all functionality in one visual interface including APIs and no need of connecting to external DBs, filters etc. Still super early days though.

Hmm I'd not seen any maker community in SG yet…but the Asian makers are all on makerlog or wip.

Its just a collection list within a tabs menu which is pretty slick but if you want to have a more complicated dynamic filter and buy it from jetboost.io. Thats why my search doesn't work right now, as its a jetboost add-on and when deployed in prod it doesn't work.

How's ikigai jobs going? I went to check it out again, and am intrigued by the tabs menu and filtering you did in Webflow…was that all done within Webflow itself or you had to embed code?

To be honest I used the project just to learn webflow and zapier, and I don't think it has a lot of business merit so I am thinking of just keeping it for portfolio reasons. Also as you can see for nocode, the problem is if you want to deal with webflow, your costs aggregate for zapier, jetboost etc. so its not super economically efficient. I will be making something else with Bubble soon though
