When do you guys read email 📧😁

I have hundreds of unread email😂

When do you guys schedule a time for reading emails??

and also, do you guys use a third-party app that can manage your email acc like spark or hey ??

I wanna suggestions from makers…

I typically do that as a first thing in the morning. Even though my laptop has that default email app,

I still read my emails on gmail.com in chrome.

I try to aggressively unsubscribe and report spam to reduce the number of incoming email. For real email from humans I try to reply almost instantly to avoid building a backlog.

In the morning, after coffee, while I'm having a 💩 Spark on mobile while on the throne. Otherwise, Gmail in Chrome during breaks.

I don't have a problem with overflowing inboxes, even though I have several email addresses. I'm very selective and don't subscribe to anything unnecessarily. And whenever I see something that I didn't subscribe to - report spam and block.

For testing out stuff, I do have a 'burner' email which all the spam can go to, I don't really care.

I read email every morning, it's probably the first thing I do.

I open Gmail every hour because I don't want to miss a support request from a user or something important. At the same time, I'm an inbox zero ninja. This means when I open the inbox there shouldn't be any emails after.

It was hard to keep doing this. Six months ago I sat down to create a solution. I made a Gmail add-on Silent Inbox that collects not urgent emails and delivers them at the time you want them to read.
