UX/UI designer here - I'll review your landing page for free!
Hey all,
I'm a UX/UI designer and I'm working on a product called Bolt (https://www.usebolt.io). Bolt is a really easy way to collect visual feedback from clients / stakeholders on live URLs or static designs.
I'm offering free UX/UI reviews on landing pages to users over the next couple of days. Comment with your link and I'll send through feedback as soon as I can!
Happy Sunday!
Tom
Update: I've left a few reviews -- I will come back and do some more later!

I would appreciate a review :), thank you.
Thanks for feedback. I really liked your site, it looks great. I will definitely take action on your feedback into improving my site.
One feedback I had for you on your site was that when I clicked the Comment cards, I expected it to scroll to the location where the comment was placed. Great product :D
Thank you so much, Tom. https://Videorepute.com

Unfortunately you have quite a big cookie banner which is in view for me (our board disables clicks so I can't accept it inside Bolt).
I really like your product - I added quite a few comments as I follow the user journey, but this is because I was invested in learning more. If you can make use cases clearer (e.g. how do I use this as a SaaS founder), that would be super helpful!
Thank you Tom for doing this. If you get tired of landing pages feel free to review my actual app or the screenshots instead. π

@kaioelfke Hey! Here's your review: https://app.usebolt.io/board/rmeyZksUP6RAV5gP4TR38p/p
I found it difficult to understand what the app does. Seems like some kind of amalgamation of all my contacts across social apps. I think you can do a few things to improve the page:
β’ Clearer text copy - write a couple of sentences about what your app does, then condense this into a few words. This should be your title. Mentioning that you integrate across social apps seems important!
β’ List your features with product screenshots instead of icons -- you can have an icon section too, but product screenshots should tie features together to help me understand how your app works.
β’ Try to work on spacing + font hierarchy. If you have a feature title in black, make the text underneath it slightly more transparent. The eye should have a natural flow, and by making certain elements more prominent, it'll be easier to digest your content.
Best of luck with the app!
Thank you so much! Yeah, I still experiment with the copy. It's important that it's clear immediately. I'm also unhappy currently with the spacing and fonts, but didn't manage to find the time to fix this. Thanks again.
Cheers Tom!
There's not much to it but I'd like to see if you have any suggestions π§

@samuellevy Here you go :) https://app.usebolt.io/board/mj3WZBAgQFiC2xZKMjLV4Q/p
Thoughts:
β’ Overall nice UI, but you're missing key pieces of information (pricing, what a job board looks like, privacy policy)
@Boltfeedback Thanks Tom!
Those are some really useful bits of feedback π
I really like Usebolt's feedback UI. Wish there was more than one of me in my "team" to make proper use of it. I'll keep it in mind for the future.
@samuellevy No problem!
Lots of work to do on Bolt but I'm happy it's finally launched :). Feel free to reach out if you make changes to your landing page/want another review (get in touch via Twitter @boltfeedback or just contact me directly through Bolt), always happy to help.
I don't have a ton of comments for you because it's not a huge landing page, but it's a great start and creates intrigue for your product. Keep expanding on your content and try to provide more visual value + transparency and I think you'd have a really convincing landing page.
how about https://getmakerlog.com
@fajarsiddiq I reviewed this the day before yesterday but it broke Bolt! Every time I refreshed the page, my feedback points moved - added it to my bug list. As soon as I fix this I'll send through the feedback board link. Doh!
This is cool! Currently in the process of testing a lot of different styles and ways of copy for https://covisitor.app
@woutertoday Here you go! https://app.usebolt.io/board/b8Tp329nu1WgUDjJz7PbM/p
Great product - very apt at the moment
@Boltfeedback Thanks Tom! Honestly, I'm at a point now where I need to make some decisions about continuing my (time) investment in Covisitor right now, since there are a lot of competitors popping up (offering their services for free). Always a difficult decision. You know, the age old "how to get eyes on your product" problem.. Anyway, getting side-tracked. Thanks for the feedback! I'll definitely make some changes to the design and copy. :)
@woutertoday Yep, I can sympathise 100%. It's a hard call to make. I think it's a good idea, if you can get it in front of the right audience.
Hello Tom, Be happy to receive some reviews from you too. Here's the site https://notifyxf.com Thanks!
@Boltfeedback Hello! Wow!! thank you for your valuable advice! Something for me to ponder over!
No worries about the delay. I'm appreciative that you take time out to do this :)
Also, welcome back to makerlog!!
Awesome, https://www.glitterly.app struggling a bit with conversion any pointers would be super helpful!
@oskarahl Hey Oskar,
Sorry, I missed this - haven't been a regular Makerlog user recently :(, getting back into it!
Here's your board: https://app.usebolt.io/board/hvonkgeaXPA5GY6gGHjthc/p
Main feedback points:
β’ Make your header stand out a little more - maybe a collage of videos. Make it impactful on page load. Your tool is awesome but you need to convey this straight away.
β’ Promote the power of your app - add a section before 'Usability' which speaks to how powerful your tool can be.
β’ Add more examples :)
β’ Add a dedicated 'Functionality' section - help users QUICKLY understand your features.
β’ Add a sign up CTA to your nav. Your nav is always in-view, so having a sign up CTA here would be super beneficial. Make Log in less prominent (e.g. 'Log in' should be text, 'Sign up' should be the button).
