Where are the improvements needed on our site?

We launched #entrylvl beta a few weeks ago and would love some feedback on improving our landing page. The logo was just finished yesterday and will be adding it tonight. More design changes are on the way, but as of now would you use it?
Thoughts between slack or telegram for Entrylvl? We want to update members with the latest job postings and discuss topics of finding jobs, resume review, and more.
Any feedback will be greatly apprenticed. Thanks!!
