Are you a morning person?
5 years ago I was a morning person 😭, after started a business I can't sleep well. I mean, I have no exact time for sleep and often can't sleep at night.
There's many advantage when we are a morning person, like:
- focus
- stamina
- happier
- good mental health
Since a week ago, I am trying to get enough sleep to get my morning back 💪

- BEDTIME 10pm-12pm (SLEEP NOW!!!!) and have 7-8hrs of SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!! FIX EVERYTHING
- Wake up 5-6am in the morning (My mornings are better with so much good things, time is slower!)
- I am more focus, more stamina, very excited & happy, i make good decisions now and getting all the energy positive vibes.
- Fixing sleeping: i usually stay up late, when is already late i make it more later so i don't sleep for 24hrs. HAHA. So i just go longer, then i sleep, then my sleeping pattern is fixed, and i will start with day 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. Once i've done for a week, then i move on to months and progress gradually.
- There is some healthy food to eat for better sleep as well don't forget to work out.
- My morning have been great: i focus on praying, washing dishes, garden plant, call clients, emails, go out and as well weighing my weight on the weighing scales, i also talk to other makers at this timing, after lunch everything else will be different because i will need to focus on other work.
Well for me I notice that im more productive early in the morning. To adapt I would tell you to simply deprive your self one single day (sleep like 6 hours) so you will get sleepy earlier. Anyway keep in mind that sometimes these changes are impossible to do if you have kids or wive that you share the house with. I would tell you too reduce the use of electronics near bedtime and don't do anything that stimulate you. Good luck!
My best hack: 1) Get to bed early. 2) No heavy food hours before bed.
I can not much help here. I have this problem for years. sleeping only around 5 hours, if it works well and mostly with 2-3 longer breaks in the middle. With 5 I'm ok, but when it's less than that or with the more than normal amount of breaks, I get in asshole mode the other day. And I don't have more heavy food hours before bed. I go to bed early, also tried to go late, etc. I stopped to smoke 9 months ago. I drink a lot of coffee very early morning, the latest around lunchtime. But… probably I have kind of a burnout, waking up with 1000 problems in the head from day job mainly etc. As I wrote at the start of this post… Can not help much with that beside telling you, that you are not alone :-)
