What's your app(s) to manage projects/tasks?

So I was using Notion to track and manage goalsy.io's tasks and then came across Monday.com, used it for the trial period but switched to Jira and I found it to be actually pretty good. I studied the scrum process and I think it will work out nicely managing the MVP build of Goalsy. What's your favorite app or apps to manage your projects or tasks?

For code, I use issues and milestones on Gitlab. For the rest, I use a paper agenda.

As a single maker I probably prefer Trello or paper. I tried other project management systems but usually the UI doesn't click with me.

Sometimes Trello just WORKS! The last time I used it, it wasn't acquired by Atlassian, have you seen any changes after the acquisition?

@iamanas22 Changes aren't disruptive. If anything, Atlassian has done a great job making improvements.

Trello! And a good ol' pen & paper notebook / notepad.

Pretty nice, sometimes nothing beats a pen & paper combo.

I have experimented with pretty much everything and found myself settling with Todoist as it is simple and flexible.

I use Things, using template projects as I explained on YourStack.

Basically, each app is an Area, each release a Project, and I have a "Someday" project used for Backlog.
