For those of you experienced with API integrations, specifically those that have WebHooks, do you know of a resource that lists APIs containing them?    Any APIs related to personal activities such as health, fitness, reading, sleeping, eating would be relevant. For example I could use the Strava API to hook into activity completion events to run some code within my app.    I'm trying to identify possible integration possibilities for a project.    Thanks in advance for any tips.
