Do you track macros or caloric intake for fitness?

I am making a few tools to help with that, and would love to talk to you.

I have tried a few times with MyNetDiary and MyFitnessPal, but after some days I always give up because it takes too much time log every meal, and maybe I'm too lazy 😅

Exactly the same.

Rather than logging intake I would much prefer for something that gives me recipes that are healthy, with suggested healthy snack.

A once a week thing that I would do each week before shopping rather having to add intake after every meal

@iameoghan I'd prefer too.

It would be great a service that gives you recipes for every day, and it creates a grocery list for the week with ingredients you need for that recipes.

I deffs find tracking is beneficial. However I get frustrated when I miss out a few snacks here and there. The best tool I've found us https://cronometer.com/
