As a Designer/Developer what's the resource that you most download for free?

I'm part of a crew of designers & developers and we decided to put together a web project to curate the best free-for-commercial-use assets that we could find. After reaching to 1K posts I started asking myself what's the top ten of freebies that a designer/developer could find useful for its daily work, so please give me a little help with your answer :)
