What is your OBS setup for Twitch & YouTube Stream?

Need your feedback/guide on how you setup your OBS for streaming.

It really depends on what you want to stream, to whom and how performant your workstation is.

Personally, I have the following setup:

I7 9700 / RX580

StreamLabs OBS (instead of the basic OBS)

Output Res: 1920x1080 (no downscaling)

Framerate: 60FPS

Video Bitrate: 8000 (ok for YouTube, for Twitch/Mixer you might want a smaller bitrate, around 5000)

Encoder: QSV (Intel's GPU)

Advances settings: Highest Quality

I have a StreamLabs web feed set up for subscribers, followers, donations, etc. (really easy to set up)

Other than this, it's up to personal preference. What do you want to do while streaming? Do you have a webcam? Do you need an overlay? If you give more info I can help you more in-depth :)

Good luck!

Currently, I have 2019 MBPro i5 - 8GB. I might try "StreamLabs" as well.

Thanks for the tips will try to apply this setting on my setup in a bit.

Currently streaming on a surprisingly similar setup. RX570, I39100F. Great framerate - although lags sometimes (but is probably hackintosh glitches more than anything).
