Just saw a video resume on LinkedIn for CRED wherein he had tagged Kunal Shah (Founder of CRED). It's great to see that we are moving towards more creative approaches in hiring. Inspired by the confidence of the candidate. Is it safe to say gone are the days of cold emailing? Is video resume going to be the next big thing in recruitment?
