building a product that lets founders hire while sleeping ..
Hey friends, I am building asynchr , an asynchronous hiring tool for startups that enables founders to find awesome candidates on social media and interview them by themselves , without need of recruiters or HR department.
What about hiring while you sleep, u might ask:)) asynchronous interviewing is based on recorded videos that you and candidate send to each other. Basically you record a video with your questions , send to the candidate, and he'll reply to you back with a video when it is convenient for him.
