A good tip: set up social alerts for your products.
- Google Alerts: Free
- PMAlerts: Freemium
- F5Bot: Free
It's a simple tip, but one that can seriously help you in your marketing endeavors. I can't believe I had not done it before.
I really like F5bot. another good one is Talkwalker alerts.
Also, don't set up alerts just for your product name, but also for your product category or associated keywords. That way you can be first to respond to e.g. questions on Reddit and build up authority there.
