Launch strategy for a jobboard for startup and tech jobs in Africa?
Hello,
I have been bootstrapping a free (currently) jobboard to find jobs in startups and tech companies in Africa. I am feeling it is ready for some sort of launch. But not sure what I should do for this launch. Any recommendations?
Also any feedback on my new project is appreciated :)

Wow, it looks amazing. Are you a designer? If not I have to know how you designed it so well.
I'm working on a hometown centric job platform that originated as a high school alumni network, GradGrid.org/jobs. We were able to round up 30 sponsors by going to individual businesses and physically selling them on it.
Later on we've found job seekers from small to medium sized towns, in Indiana US, were mainly on Facebook. We shared what we were doing on small town business groups for towns we focused on. Again, we're focusing on hometowns so this made sense.
My more general advice would be to find where your audience is and hang out there, like the pages, follow the threads. Hmu if you want to chat more, job boards are fun to make!
Thanks for the compliment, not a designer at all. I think it just came from evolution of my projects (it was my 4th or 5th completed) plus my normal 9-5 career working with designers. I also did simple google image searches for jobboard stuff to get inspired and landing pages.
Ah yes, ill check out facebook groups. May even create a couple facebook ads - that might work well.
