Email Marketing Service

Hope everyone is safe, healthy and building new things.
So would love to know what all email marketing services you use for your products and businesses? India specific would be great if there is anything like that.
I have been using Amazon SES with EmailOctopus. They have been great but for the last 6 months they have been constantly banning me due to high compliant rates. I hardly send newsletters i.e. once a month and that too very relevant stuff to subscribed people and our customers.
Anyone else faced similar issues? Also I think due to WordPress spam, my domain might have taken a hit when it comes to email reputation?

I've used https://mailchimp.com in the past to set up marketing email campaigns. I know a lot of bigger companies use Intercom and Outreach for most of their campaigns as well. Mailgun is quite good for a developer and also Sendgrid.
If you're looking for a no-code solution from a Google Spreadsheet. You can use http://gsheet2mail.com and Mailchimp to quickly build that out (P.S: I'm the founder of gsheet2mail ;) )

Previously I was using Sendgrid, now I'm using Amazon SES.
