How do growing teams scale communicaitons / discussions?
Hey everyone,
I've been working on an internal discussion platform for the last couple of months. Based on the conversations I've had with potential customers, I've realised that the benefits of a discussion product (over a chat product) don't really apply to smaller teams and only start to kick in once the team begins to scale. For those of you who have had the experience of working in rapidly growing team, how did your team scale communications/discussions without it becoming increasingly noisy? Did you stick to Slack? or did you move to a new platform / implement new policies?
I've also been tweaking the TribePulse landing page recently and would love some feedback :) What do you think is the most confusing part of the landing page?
Thanks in advance! Yang
I think that's going to be a tough one around here -- very few makers are in large teams, although many have been in them. :)
Generally I do think the same as you do - the benefits of smaller chat apps only apply to bigger teams. I did customer discovery about this and found most small teams just use WhatsApp or whatever is more convenient to them.
In terms of bigger teams, I have little to share of value.
What do you define "only start to kick in once the team begins to scale" as? What team size are you thinking TribePulse will be a good fit for? Many of the larger teams use Jira among other things.
