Need the meeting in person?

Traveling to a meeting in person that is far away is often not needed and can be done via a video conference or a phone call. Traveling to meetings using transport that requires fossil fuels to be burnt is not going to help climate change. It also wastes time and money. I'm making a simple website link you can send to people requesting these types of meetings that will show the impact that the meeting will have on emissions based on the route you need to take to the meeting. Hopefully this will highlight another way to reduce our impact and save you time and money not having to go to a meeting miles away.
