Set up basic foundation for scheduling tool, including:

- Local dev environment
- Github repo
- Heroku app/resources

I have an idea that I've been toying around with for a bit, and I'm finally getting around to building it. It's a meeting scheduling tool (like Calendly) that will allow me to quickly schedule meetings.

At my 9-to-5 I find myself often getting lost in my calendar, particularly in regards to meetings with others. I know a million tools like this already exist elsewhere, but I thought it would be fun to build one of my own and put my own twist on it!
