How do you collect user feedback?

I was thinking of a central location where makers collate user feedback so it can be looked at later.

I currently use Airtable, but I was curious as to what others do?

I just implemented Feedback Fish on covisitor.app last week! Check out this really simple, indie tool by Max (and others): https://feedback.fish

Try https://upvoty.com :) A way to collect and manage user feedback in 1 single place. Both internally (private) as external with feedback boards. It also includes a product roadmap and a Changelog to communicate launches and updates.

An easy way to do it is just to have a "Send Feedback" button, that opens a form and it turns it into an email and sends it to yourself.

You can manage the feedback easily and reply personally to it. No having to remember to check 3 or 4 different places and less moving parts to maintain and figure out how to work.

It really does help not to over complicate things.

It really depends what kind of feedback you are looking for. If you are looking for product feedback, I think a tool like https://upvoty.com by @mikeslaats is a great choice.

If you are into measure customer experience and happiness, you might want to look into survey tools like https://refiner.io (I'm the founder).
