what is the best time in the day to send emails to my customers if 80% of them are from the USA?

Since I live in a totally different time zone and 80% of my customers are from the USA, I'm wondering what is the best time in the day to send emails them?

I tend to aim for 7 or 8 am EST - my reasoning being you get the east coast people as they're starting their day and the west coast people will have something waiting in their inbox not buried too far 😅
