Used my SaaS to automate a feature for my SaaS
Last week I started sending follow-up emails to new users to ask them if they needed any help. These emails have better than expected results. So, I decided to automate them.
After a user signs up, it should receive a welcome email from no-reply@ and a follow-up email after 24 hours from my personal company email.
I use Amazon SES to send emails. So my new automated workflow is a webhook trigger, followed by the Sleep utility (to wait 24 hours), and then the Amazon SES integration to send emails.
