Got sleep study results back while using my mouth appliance. On my Back: Went from 87.2 down to 16.6 episodes per hour. On my Side: Went from 8.8 down to 4.75 episodes per hour. Anything less than 5 episodes per hour is considered no more apnea. Big Improvements.
