Started coding the UI
Today we designed a simple UI for Fanramp using Instagram as inspiration. Used AI to generate the actual posts and images.
Interesting results! Now to build it.
Explored alternate use cases for Fanramp, the social media app idea
My mind wondered a bit today, I explored alternate use-cases for the same idea only to realize that I'm digressing. Back on track.
Coded a very basic V1, connected it to a bunch of services and the results are interesting.
Sample input: First, solve the problem. Then, write the code.
Sample output:
Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes.
Before software can be reusable it first has to be usable.
Sometimes it pays to stay in bed on Monday, rather than spending the rest of the week debugging Monday’s code.
Now to explore how far this goes.

Thinking through the MVP
I think the MVP will throw out a bunch of ideas based on a set of examples. So if you give it "99% of Libya is desert." it needs to find similar posts like "Over 820 languages are spoken in Papua New Guinea, or 12% of the world’s total." - Will also need to think through the backend for this.
Started working on a prototype for Fanramp - A bot that uses AI to generate cool ideas for my next SM post
Capabilities:
- You give the bot some ideas on the type of posts you like, and it gives you several hundred options.
- You pick your favorite, claim it and post it!
That's it really. My pet project for the next two-three weeks!
