Read the first chapter of Outcomes over Output
It all seems like commonsense once you understand how it all fits together. I'm glad I'm only 27 and learning to manage outcomes instead of pouring all my energy into output. I want to work smarter, not harder, and I don't want to just be busy for the sake of it. I want to push work forward to see results, not just because it looks cool to do so.
