/done Re-enable discussions.

You should now be able to start and reply to discussions again! Just click "Discussions" link at the top of the page next to the "Feed" link!

I will aggressively monitor spammers and disable their accounts for now. I believe having discussions back for users is more important than not dealing with spam. I will hopefully have tools for this in the future with the rebuild.

what’s your game plan to combat spam? i know that was an issue before
