fix edit modal loads JS double when clicking edit on a property inside city modal, because the URL was set to for ex /coworking-cost/amsterdam-netherlands?modal=true but it would redirect to /coworking-cost/amsterdam without ?modal=true which is necessary to avoid loading JS again
