Listen to book

So far it remains light and fluffy, now at chapter 5 of “Culture Wins”. Not to say you can’t learn a couple of tips along the way, I did enjoy the fourth chapter. It spoke of effects of space on the business and its employees, and backed up by some of the firsthand experiences the author had with his business. The faults I have seen so far are 4 major ones;
1. That these ”field examples” are few and should be more present on previous chapters.
2. There is a constant switch between culture relating to employees and the culture relating to the business. In some sentences he speaks of both but it appears confusing to which the author relates.
3. I would like a more in depth approach, there’s a more and the book doesn’t get there, too general.
4. Too many attempts for ”quotable” Business statements on culture.
