How makers stay productive

Yes, you are correct it seems the it will more beneficials if you are working with large/cross-functional team.. Since my current task was now making sure that the team was aiming for something and not to get lost in a doing random things.

Np, I started off doing OKRs last year. But it was making things complicated for me. When I look into it more, I realized it's suited for large/cross-functional teams/companies to get on the same page.

It small team. 6 person specifically running eCommerce Store.
