gym
Haha 😂, I think it looks like I go more than I do - constant battle. BUT, closest thing to secrets? Doing something you actually enjoy: olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding, crossfit, yoga, bodyweight exercises, cycling, gymnastics, running/rowing/jumping rope, jazzercise(?)…anything, really; not comparing yourself to anyone (difficult); a little is better than nothing; take the pressure off (sometimes I get myself to go to the gym only by abandoning all routine and telling myself I'm just going to go and move around a bit, and do whatever I feel like doing); not trying to do too much too quickly - consistency is key, and burnout is easy to run into - I'm still trying to learn this.
But, sort of contrary to all of that: having specific goals, having a routine to follow, forcing yourself to workout, eating/sleeping well to recover, and knowing that you might be in a constant cycle of failure when it comes to these things but it's okay so long as you're making some progress …maybe a little more what my personal secrets look like 😂
