TLDR: Trying to solve product experience issues for end-users.

While building and running Param.ai we see a pattern in the problems faced by a few end-users. We call these users, Wanderers.

These users get confused in either discovering a feature or using that feature. At times, they take the help of the customer support team. Where we ask the user to share their screen and guide them to accomplish their goal.

To solve this problem, we added help-guides on how to use the feature and started sending-out release notes for new feature discovery. We spent a lot of time getting the help-guides up and running and designing release notes on each release.

But, the open-rates of release notes are between 9-11% and not much traction either on the help-guides. These solutions did not help the end-users in using the product hassle-free. Their product experience was still bad.
